QuadkilleR (QR) is the solo project of Adam Lansky, a human musician that uses inorganic means to organize sound over a specific amount of time. Said organized sound is classified as "Goth Hip-Hop Robot/Neoclassical Industrial Prog Rock".

Who is this guy?
Adam Lansky (Oceanside, CA) has been composing electronic music for six years and has established himself as an independent musician that creates unique and intellectual soundscapes that take the listener to another place.
"The idea behind what I write is to sculpt an engaging atmosphere... It's about establishing a deep connection with the listener on a purely emotional level."
Lansky has previously composed for independent films as well as student projects at Florida State University's Film School and is looking to team up with vocalists & various performers to take his sounds to the next level.
"I want people to forget where they are while they listen."

What is his deal?
Look-- some questions lie beyond our scope of reason and our ability to understand. If we could overcome our egos and learn to accept that which is beyond the powers of our minds, there's a good chance that peace would be a little more prevalent on this rock.

What are his musical influences?
Dredg, Mogwai, Sigur Ros, Peter Gabriel, Tool, Front Line Assembly, Massive Attack, Pink Floyd, Skinny Puppy, Beethoven, Wagner, Trent Reznor, Tchaikovsky, Tears For Fears and other 80s artists, the beauty of nature.

Anything else to know?
Photography by Michelle Lansky, Becca Wetherby, Mike Pycher, Tiffany Graefenstein, Myria Baum, Ian Wittlen, & Terry Wirt.
If anyone can give me a genre that I actually fit in, I will gladly describe my work as such, but until then, it's a mouthful every time somebody asks.
QR is often interested in collaborating but will not hesitate to deny you.
